The headband is light weighted and cover good portion of your head. Easy to wash as well.

It's now ten days since I got my 14" Homestead. I have used it in my first team practice after only owning it four days. I subbed in on a team game on day five. It performed perfectly. I had every confidence in it. It's about 85% broken in. I just ordered a water based conditioner for it. This is the very first glove that I did not use conditioner at the start. Honestly, the condition of the leather and laces was so perfect and supple that I did not feel it was necessary. I ordered a water based conditioner, as I do not want to add weight or clog the pores. I will always buy a kip leather glove going forward, as this has been the easiest and most rewarding break-in experience of my life. Gem gloves better be around because I am not shelling out over $400 for a kip leather glove by someone else. Thank you SIS and Gem. Just outstanding work!

Helmet fits well. Unfortunately had to get the smaller one after purchasing the larger one. Was a huge difference in actual comfort. Appreciate the ratcheting system, which makes the chins straps expendable if needed, but useful nonetheless.

BUY THESE BALLS FOR MY LEAGUE AND THEY LAST AND WORK AMAZING WILL KEEP BUYING THEM ANYTIME THEY HAVE IT.

Best looking bat there is! It's a bit stiff out of the wrapper and takes a bit to break in (possibly due to the thick glossy paint?), but it's a great bat on par with the KP and other freaks. Highly recommended!
